Whether you need an abdominal, obstetrical, pelvic, or specialized ultrasound, we are here to provide you with high-quality imaging services. Our team is here to make your ultrasound experience as comfortable and informative as possible.
Preparing for Your Ultrasound
To ensure the best results for your ultrasound, please follow these guidelines:
Abdominal Ultrasound
For optimal imaging, please refrain from eating or drinking for 8 hours before your examination, except for necessary medications.
Obstetrical Ultrasound
Early Dating/Viability Ultrasounds, Anatomy, NT & IPS: Please arrive with a full bladder. Drink approximately 4 glasses or 1 litre of water an hour prior to your appointment.
BPP or Obstetrical Routine Ultrasounds After 28 Weeks: A full bladder is not required.
Pelvic Ultrasound
Arrive with a full bladder. Drink approximately 4 glasses or 1 litre of water an hour before your appointment, and do not void.
Combination of Pelvic and Abdominal Ultrasound
Do not eat for 8 hours before your examination. Drink 40 ounces or 1 litre of water 1 hour before your appointment, and do not void.
Abdomen Limited for Hernia
No preparation is required.
Breast Ultrasound
No preparation is required.
Thyroid Ultrasound
No preparation is required.
Renal/Bladder Ultrasound (Full Bladder)
No preparation is required.
